Job summary

KW Property Management LLC in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a diligent security/concierge to greet residents and guests, monitor entrances, and support daily property operations. Hours include Saturdays and Sundays 7am-3pm with additional shifts as needed; the environment is indoors with low to moderate noise.

You will be responsible for phone etiquette, incident reporting, key control, safety procedures, and coordinating with staff. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents with professional, friendly service.
• Monitor entrances and authorize access to protect property.
• Coordinate with staff to update unit owner information in the system.
• Handle calls with proper phone etiquette and professionalism.
• Report violations, hazards, and emergencies to management.
• Maintain key control and report security issues promptly.
• Be familiar with fire alarm operations and safety procedures.
• Follow emergency policies and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Write daily activity and incident reports; assist maintenance requests.
