Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking a front desk overnight team member in Fort Lauderdale. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and support residents with information and resources for a meaningful visit.

Responsibilities include guarding access, updating owner information, handling calls, reporting incidents, maintaining key control, and assisting with valet duties as required by shift schedules. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer software and basic databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with professional, courteous service.
• Monitor entrance/exit and ensure security policies are followed.
• Coordinate with staff to update resident and unit information.
• Handle phone calls with clear, professional etiquette.
• Report safety incidents and maintenance needs to management.
• Maintain key control and respond to emergency alarms as needed.
• Assist with valet duties as required by shift schedule.
