Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Receptionist to warmly greet visitors and manage front-desk interactions at our Florida community. You will assist callers, handle clerical tasks, and support the sales team with calls, data entry and inventory management.

Strong communication, organization, and service orientation are essential. This role may require occasional evenings/weekends to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic office skills.
• Friendly, organized and service-oriented.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals arriving at the community.
• Answer the telephone and relay messages.
• Perform clerical tasks: typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, package handling and mailings.
• Assist sales with calls, tours, data entry and inventory maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
