Legend Senior Living® in Colorado is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to greet residents and visitors at the front desk and to handle phone calls and basic clerical tasks. You will support staff and help maintain smooth daily operations at the community.

The role emphasizes a friendly, organized, service-oriented approach. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities to contribute to sales tours and data entry while working within a collaboratively focused team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic office skills.
• Friendly, organized and service-oriented demeanor.
• Previous experience in a similar front desk role preferred.
• May require evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals arriving at the community.
• Answer telephone and relay messages.
• Assist clerical tasks: typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, packing and mailings.
• Assist sales team with calls, tours, data entry, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
