Job summary

WSS Greenbrier in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Part-Time Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) for the Front Desk. You will be the welcoming face, handle front desk operations, and support guest satisfaction while working one day a week.

This role is ideal as a supplementary position with cross-training in Housekeeping possible, helping drive guest experience and revenue through attentive service.

Qualifications

• Part-time schedule with one day per week commitment.
• Greet guests and provide assistance at the front desk.
• Cross-train in Housekeeping as an option.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support property goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them, soliciting comments and resolving issues.
• Coordinate all front desk operations including check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations and events.
• Ensure safety of the building and occupants, and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Support revenue efforts by assisting with lead management and studio inventory as needed.
