Job summary

Rose Senior Living Clinton Township is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis.

Hours are every other weekend (Sat 1pm-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm) with weekday availability and holidays as needed. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and excellent telephone communication skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and outside service providers in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors to meet organizational objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Accept, log, and notify residents of delivery packages.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
