You will support daily operations at the front desk, assist with resident requests, and help ensure smooth communication across departments.

The role requires experience in customer service or hospitality, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living is required.
• Basic computer skills, including phone systems, are expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests warmly and manage sign-in procedures.
• Assist residents and families with transportation, reservations, and information requests.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as the point of contact in emergency situations and coordinate during incidents.
• Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure safety and promote a positive environment.
• Maintain reservations and scheduling for guest suites and spaces.
• Receive mail and packages and distribute them accurately and timely.
• Update emergency contact information and manage office supply lists.
