Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time front desk team member for Saturdays and Sundays, 8am–8pm. Duties include greeting visitors, handling calls, addressing resident questions, and maintaining a welcoming lobby.

Strong communication and office skills are essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, office experience, and proficiency with common technology.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an office environment and customer service preferred.
• Strong technology skills and ability to use standard office software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors to the front desk in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family questions and concerns.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance.
