ACT Partners is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for weekend evenings in Washington, DC. This role greets residents and guests, manages calls, logs visitors, and supports package handling with a professional presence.

Shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with hourly pay of $18.40. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Ability to learn and operate property management and web-based systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally while directing inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with guest and vendor access.
• Monitor front desk activity and maintain a professional presence throughout the shift.
• Assist with package receiving, logging, and distribution as required.
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate front desk records.
• Utilize property management systems, email, and other web-based platforms throughout the shift.
• Respond to resident and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Communicate incidents, concerns, and important information to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow all property procedures, security protocols, and company policies.
