Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math, and computer literacy for front desk tasks.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• High school diploma required; college degree a bonus but not essential.
• Experience in front desk or guest service in upscale hotels is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, memorable first impression.
• Acknowledge Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Take and manage bookings, upsell opportunities, and inform guests about stay enhancements.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out efficiently to start stays smoothly.
• Record guest preferences and respond to questions and requests promptly.
• Be a trusted contact for guests and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents; wear required safety gear.
