Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months healthcare experience preferred.
• General knowledge of business telephone etiquette and basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at front desk and ensure compliance with visitation policies.
• Answer calls and direct them appropriately.
• Keep front desk and lobby welcoming and well-maintained.
• Assist with clerical duties as assigned.
