Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred (six months).
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Ability to greet visitors and manage front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the front desk and ensure facility policies are followed.
• Answer calls and direct them appropriately.
