North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc is seeking a part-time Receptionist for weekend coverage only (Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) to greet visitors at the Residential Treatment Center front desk, answer calls and assist with clerical duties.

This position reports to the Director of Admissions and helps maintain a welcoming, organized reception area on a 45-acre Leesburg campus with a rural setting and strong community programs.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Front desk experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have good telephone etiquette and basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors at the front desk and ensure they follow facility visitation policies.
• Answer calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Keep front desk and lobby welcoming and organized.
• Assist with clerical duties as assigned.
