Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Weekend Part-Time Front Desk Associate in Tempe, AZ. You will assist residents, check-in guests and service providers, and handle inquiries with a focus on privacy and efficiency.

Requires strong customer service, communication skills, and ability to work independently during weekend hours. Training on site and a supportive team environment provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Front desk or office experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to use computer applications (Word/Outlook/Excel) proficiently.
• Experience with emergency procedures and access control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Welcome, check-in residents, guests and service providers.
• Identify residents' needs, provide information, and route requests.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and monitor messages.
• Control access for vendors within the building.
• Keep logs and records up to date.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by on-site manager.
