Job summary

Canton Oaks in Canton, TX is seeking a welcoming receptionist to greet patients, families and visitors. You will manage calls, route inquiries and support staff with friendly, professional service.

The position is weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Prior healthcare front-d desk experience is preferred but a positive, organized communicator is key.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Take and deliver messages to personnel.
• Answer questions for callers regarding the organization.
• Welcome on-site visitors and provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
• Perform other administrative or clerical duties as needed.
