United Defense Tactical is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate in Atlanta. This part-time role involves greeting customers in person, over the phone, and via email, while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage check-ins/check-outs, answer inquiries, maintain records, and collaborate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in customer service and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and stocked supplies.
• Process inquiries and requests, escalate when needed.
• Check-in/check-out customers and ensure accurate reservations and billing.
• Update customer records and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
