Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a part-time role with weekend availability. The position is on-site and involves greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out, processing payments, and answering calls and emails to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage reservations, and collaborate with housekeeping and management. A high school education or equivalent and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
• Process payments, issue invoices and handle billing inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails, direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
