TPG Hotels & Resorts in McDonough, GA is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent who brings friendly, professional service to our lobby. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle payments, answer calls and emails, and help with reservations while maintaining an accurate front desk workflow.

A high school education or equivalent is required. Weekend availability helps you cover peak times; you will work on-site with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and hotel discounts

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment (phone, calculator, computer).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processus and reservations.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing to appropriate departments.
• Manage room/service reservations and updates in the system.
• Assist guests with requests and local recommendations; resolve issues courteously.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain organized front desk area.
• Monitor access and issue visitor badges, assisting security as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile at shift end.
• Multi-task to support other departments as needed; maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests and staff when needed.
