Job summary

MSNDD Services LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the hotel. You will manage reservations, check guests in and out, and assist with guest requests during their stay.

This 1st shift position runs Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a starting wage of $17 per hour. A strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and reservation software.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using the reservation system.
• Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant bookings.
• Process payments and issue keys during check-in/check-out.
• Answer calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Perform light cleaning tasks and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
