Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Wisconsin is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the night shift (approx. 11 PM – 7 AM) to check guests in and out, handle payments, and support nightly accounting and reporting tasks.

You will greet guests, offer local insights, upsell, manage reservations, ensure safety, and collaborate with management. A high school diploma is preferred; weekend/night availability and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to process payments and handle cash/credit.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
• Basic math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Process all payments per established procedures, including cash and credit.
• Upsell opportunities and communicate ways to improve guest stays.
• Greet guests, provide local information, and respond to questions and concerns.
• Handle safety procedures and report incidents as required.
• Stay professional, presentable, and brand-aligned at all times.
