Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma with 2–4 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and be self-motivated.
• Proficiency with computers including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and a hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel reservations, check-in/check-out guest rooms, and post charges/payments.
• Perform secretarial duties such as phone handling, word processing, proofreading and filing.
