Concord Hospitality seeks a Weekend Front Desk associate in Grand Rapids, MI. This weekend-only role runs Sat/Sun 3pm–11pm, delivering the first impression for guests and coordinating with other hotel departments.

You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and maintain a high level of service and hospitality. A proactive, courteous attitude is essential to uphold the guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred.
• Proactive, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Strong communication and cash handling basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently and courteously at all times.
• Maintain high level of service and hospitality.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Post guest charges and handle payments per procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy.
• Know hotel programs and promotions to share with guests.
• Communicate with other departments about guest comments.
• Answer calls and assist lobby visitors and staff.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
