Hotel Burbank is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to create vibrant and engaging dining experiences for guests. You will welcome restaurant-goers, take and serve orders, manage the bar, and assist with coffee service while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

The role emphasizes friendly, energetic service, a willingness to learn current menu items, and the ability to handle busy periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience serving and hosting in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/serve orders with a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell beverages and dishes.
• Tend bar, prepare drinks, and assist with coffee and tea service.
• Process purchases at the cashier and handle receipts and change.
• Set tables, refill condiments, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Assist with special events as needed and coordinate with kitchen staff.
