Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous banquet, hospitality, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, coffee breaks, and receptions.
• Pour and replenish beverages; maintain service stations.
• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) prior to events and coordinate timing.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms and service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and assist with post-event resets.
