Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Engage guests to identify preferences and make recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Prepare coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and food items using equipment.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side duties according to shift assignments.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and responding to needs.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and present checks promptly.
• Collaborate and communicate with teammates; support others as needed.
• Assist in food running and maintain the ability to carry multiple plates.
• Say thank you—use guest names and invite them to return.
• Contribute to a fun, energetic work environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Be flexible to support other team members or departments as needed.
