Job summary

Wet Willie's in Burbank, CA is seeking a friendly server to join our fast-paced team. You will engage with guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure safety and cleanliness while providing memorable service.

Requirements include at least 1 year of full-service restaurant serving experience, a valid Food Handler Card, and strong English communication. You will work collaboratively with managers and teammates in a lively bar and restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar.
• Must have a valid Food Handler Card.
• Able to speak, read and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, team members and managers to make a positive lasting impression
• Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness
• Serve alcohol to guests following safe alcohol service guidelines and local, state and federal laws
• Take guests' orders and accurately enter them in our POS system
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests
• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Particiate in team pre-bussing and running of food, offer to help fellow team members
• Help to ensure the restaurant is set up for success by stocking side stations & completing sidework
• Process payments, including making change for cash payments
• Light cleaning
• Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns
