Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Float Direct Support Professional to cover multiple units across Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville and Burnsville. You will support individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs, working 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts to meet unit coverage.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. A minimum of 2 years caregiving experience, CPR certification, and up-to-date licensure/training are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting.
• CPR certification current.
• Licensure and required trainings current per unit requirements.
• Competency checklists completed for homes/clients/units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated units with staffing needs and vacancies.
• Support individuals and/or groups in the community.
• Implement services per Centered Plans and help individuals achieve goals.
• Maintain required licensure, certifications, and CPR up-to-date.
