Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience managing a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise yard activities and drivers/Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pickups and deliveries to maximize routing efficiency.
• Analyze and report on operational metrics (routing efficiency, labor, overtime, fuel, customer service).
• Ensure cross‑department communication and resolve service issues.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and payroll readiness.
• Oversee fleet DOT administration and safety program compliance.
• Develop staff and conduct performance reviews.
