Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience leading a diverse team.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise yard activities and technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pickups and deliveries for routing efficiency.
• Analyze operational metrics and reports (routing efficiency, pickups vs deliveries, labor & overtime, fuel).
• Ensure cross-department communication to resolve issues.
• Coordinate asset transfers with other yards as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet customer needs.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and payroll readiness.
• Oversee fleet DOT administration and safety program coordination.
• Operate company vehicles as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
