Mountain Recreation in Edwards, CO is seeking a dependable Supervisor on Duty at the Edwards Field House to oversee daily operations, greet guests, process admissions, operate POS, and support staff.

The role is part-time, year-round, non-exempt, with schedule primarily weekends; requires organization, multitasking, and a commitment to safety and customer experience. Benefits include retirement savings and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; AND
• High school diploma or equivalent; AND
• At least one year of work-related experience in recreation facility supervision, including organized sports or game management, or any satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
• Bilingual preferred English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff supervision.
• Provide high-level customer service and build rapport with patrons.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and payments accurately.
• Supervise programs to ensure safe use of facilities.
• Respond to accidents per procedures and maintain records.
• Set up and break down equipment for programs.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with staff to promote efficiency and teamwork.
