Job summary

City of Westminster, CO is seeking an Assistant Recreation Facility Supervisor to support the Recreation Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations of a multi-function recreation facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; or two years of college plus relevant experience considered.
• Progressive experience in facility operations or customer service preferred.
• Strong guest service and leadership capabilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facility supervision including locker rooms, weight room, meeting/activity room, and other facilities.
• Oversee daily facility operations and maintain discipline in recreation areas.
• Provide public relations, explain information to facility users, and assist at front desk or control areas.
• Manage daily cash controls, opening/closing the facility, and ensuring clean, safe conditions.
• Assist in training and supervising recreation staff and coordinating scheduling.
