Job summary

Family Promise of Hawaiʻi is seeking a part-time Weekend Site Coordinator to maintain the ʻOhana Navigation Center on weekends. You will be the main contact for vendors and families and ensure continuity of services.

Responsibilities include facilities upkeep, coordinating donations and supplies, responding to on-site emergencies, and supporting staff as needed. The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and a compassionate approach to helping families achieve stability in our

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
• Self-motivated and passionate about Family Promise of Hawaiʻi.
• Empathetic and able to empower families’ choices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient at time management.
• Team player who works well with a variety of personalities.
• Able to accept feedback and adaptable to change.
• Flexible with work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Unlocking and securing the building and other daily facility routines.
• Coordinate with staff and external vendors/contractors for facility needs.
• Clean and maintain all indoor common areas and exterior grounds.
• Manage maintenance requests and respond to on-site emergencies.
• Coordinate donations, volunteer schedules, and program facility usage.
• Stock, track, and organize supplies for families and distribute as needed.
