Job summary

Family Promise of Hawaiʻi is seeking a part-time Weekend Site Coordinator to maintain the ʻOhana Navigation Center on weekends. You will serve as the main contact for vendors and families, ensure continuity of services outside the work week, and support facility supplies, cleanliness, and safety on site.

The role focuses on facilities upkeep, service coordination with staff, and donation management to support families under the program guidelines. Flexible weekend scheduling is required.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open or secure the facility in the morning and/or at the end of the day.
• Coordinate with staff and external vendors and contractors for facility maintenance needs.
• Clean and maintain all indoor facility common areas.
• Manage exterior landscaping upkeep and debris removal.
• Respond to on-site emergencies and safety concerns.
• Coordinate donations, volunteers, and program guidelines with staff.
• Stock, track, and organize supplies for families and distribute as needed.
