Job summary

Crossroads Church in Ohio is seeking an Experience Producer to lead and execute weekend service experiences at a specific site or expansion. You will oversee creative direction, production, budgets, timelines, and collaboration with teams.

You will partner with Audio Engineer, Stage and Lighting Director, Video Director, Worship Leader, and Community Pastor to ensure seamless experiences, strong storytelling, and alignment with Crossroads mission.

Responsibilities

• Create immersive environments for transformation by God’s truth and presence.
• Participate in creating key events at site supporting Crossroads’ mission and goals.
• Project manage key events at site from objective to execution.
• Collaborate with team to ensure technical elements are ready to execute.
• Communicate mission by framing context and audience for the experience.
• Uphold Crossroads culture components including mission, branding and language.
• Execute weekend service experiences coordinating with Audio Engineer and directors.
• Ensure seamless transitions between live and recorded elements.
• Coach communicators on stage delivery and campus rapport.
• Work hours include office, weekends and evenings; travel for site expansion as needed.
• Carry out additional project tasks as needed.
