Job summary

Crossroads Church is seeking an Experience Producer to lead and execute the weekend service experience at a site or expansion. You will coordinate with Audio, Stage and Lighting, Video Directors, Worship Leader and Community Pastor to deliver immersive experiences.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a servant-leadership mindset, with willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel for site expansion events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Google web platform and willingness to learn other software tools as needed.
• Experience with Mac/PC and web browsers.
• Strong communication, organization and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute weekend service experiences.
• Collaborate with Audio, Stage, Lighting, Video Directors, Worship Leader and Community Pastor.
• Manage budgets and timelines for events.
• Coordinate with campus teams to ensure smooth transitions between live and recorded elements.
• Provide constructive feedback on stage communication and teaching points.
