Job summary

Resonate Church in Fremont is seeking a Production Director to lead and elevate the Production Ministry across all campuses. You will develop staff and volunteers, set church-wide AVL standards, and ensure exceptional weekend execution, personally leading at the Fremont Broadcast Campus.

The role partners with the Creative Arts Pastor and Systems Technical Director to align production environments with the church's mission and standards, driving culture and excellence weekend after weekend.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading church production or live-event teams.
Expert-level front-of-house audio engineering.
Strong knowledge of AVL systems, Dante networking, RF coordination, ProPresenter, video, lighting, and broadcast workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead, shepherd, coach, and develop the Broadcast Director, Service Producer(s), and Production staff.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and leadership development meetings.
Lead weekly Production Team meetings.
Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule production volunteers.
Build development pathways for production team growth, producing leaders.
Cultivate a culture of humility, ownership, teamwork, excellence, and servant leadership.
