Job summary

Crossroads is seeking a Campus Producer to lead weekend service production at the Woodbury campus. You will oversee audio, lighting, video, and service flow, directing communicators and production teams to deliver a seamless worship experience.

You will coordinate rehearsals, manage equipment, and mentor volunteers, ensuring excellence in busy, live environments while collaborating with campus leadership and worship teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and experience in live production or producing roles.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of leading teams in live, high‑pressure environments.
• Experience mixing live audio and using professional digital consoles is preferred.
• Familiarity with production software and control systems mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend service production and coordinate campus‑level elements.
• Direct communicators, worship leaders, announcers, and production teams during services.
• Program and oversee lighting, audio, graphics, and lyric integration.
• Manage campus production equipment and FOH mixing for services and events.
• Coordinate rehearsals with worship teams and refine transitions.
• Recruit, train, and develop production volunteers; nurture team culture.
• Oversee production for campus events outside weekend services.
