Owens Realty Services is hiring a General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness of our facilities in Morrisville, NC. The position involves custodial work across administrative offices, lobbies, bathrooms and common areas, following industry standards and safety procedures.

Pay rate is $14.00 per hour with Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to understand written and verbal English instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related custodial experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to follow safety procedures and PPE.

Responsabilités

• Performs custodial cleaning of all facility areas.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways.
• Stocks restroom with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Safely empties trash into the proper dumping area and maintains clean work areas.
• Follows all safety procedures and uses PPE as required.
