Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time General Cleaner to perform custodial duties across our facilities. The role involves cleaning administrative offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and common areas, maintaining safety practices and proper waste disposal.

Typical coverage is 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour, with a schedule of Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience in custodial work or housekeeping preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and common areas to industry standards.
• Performs routine cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and work areas.
• Vacuums, dusts, mops, and polishes surfaces; reports hazards to supervisor.
• Ensures safe operation of cleaning equipment and proper waste disposal.
