Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work at our facility in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The position requires cleaning approximately 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

The role supports administrative offices and common areas, with duties including sanitizing restrooms, dusting, and trash removal. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with 6 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness of the facility.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and common areas to industry standards.
• Stocks supplies and reports hazards to supervisor and/or manager.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Works nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
