Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities in Florida. The role involves cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas to industry standards, with weekend evening shifts and 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties for the facility following industry standards
• Clean administrative offices, lobbies, cafeterias, lounges, corridors, elevators and stairways
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows and walls; move items as needed
• Collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste and replace liners
• Clean light switches, tables, benches and chairs; remove cobwebs
• Vacuum high-traffic areas and ensure carpets are clean
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas per standards
• Ensure safety signs are in place and doors/windows are secured when appropriate
