Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform general cleaning across facilities. The role covers Saturday and Sunday evenings, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Duties include cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and handling waste disposal.

The position requires the ability to work efficiently within a team, follow infection control practices, and comply with safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform custodial cleaning duties.
• Ability to work on weekends and during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, cafeterias, lounges, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures and windows; move furniture as directed.
• Replace trash liners and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean light switches and surfaces; maintain clean and orderly spaces.
• Ensure doors, floors and walls are kept in good condition and safe.
