Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time General Cleaner to perform custodial work at our facility. Tasks include routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, restrooms, corridors and common areas to industry standards, with an approximate 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour depending on location and conditions.

The position requires reliability to work Monday–Friday evenings, with nights, weekends and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• Custodial work experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and corridors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Vacuum carpets and clean surfaces and fixtures.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain clean and organized custodial closets.
