Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Florida is seeking a part-time Custodian to keep our facilities clean and orderly. The role requires evening shifts, a friendly demeanor, and reliable work habits.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with approximately 10 hours per week scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The Custodian will perform routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, cafeterias, and restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure safety and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in a professional manner reflecting the Custodial Department's integrity.
• Clean administrative offices, lobbies, cafeterias, lounges, corridors, elevators, and stairs.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and surfaces; move items as needed.
• Collect recyclables and trash; replace liners.
• Keep areas sanitized, including switches, walls, and surfaces.
• Vacuum high-traffic areas and ensure carpets are clean.
• Secure work areas and follow safety procedures including PPE.
• Maintain confidentiality and report hazards to supervisor.
