Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Daytime Concierge to welcome residents and guests, manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional service. You’ll engage with residents, coordinate events, and maintain a welcoming environment in a multifamily community.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or related fields, strong communication, a neat appearance, and comfort with software tools. This role may include weekend/evening shifts and contributes to a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance and customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle package related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects to create stellar first impressions and build relationships.
• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan events and activities to engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Maintain front desk logs, package rooms and club room reservations with meticulous care.
• Support social media presence to generate awareness and interest.
