Bozzuto is seeking a Weekend Evening Concierge to greet residents and prospects, build lasting relationships, and deliver outstanding experiences in our community. You will manage front desk operations, assist with events, and help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a polished appearance. You will also handle social media engagement and coordinate with the team on weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
• An eye for detail and anticipating customer needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

As the Weekend Evening Concierge, you’re the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home. You take ownership and pride in creating stellar first impressions and building ongoing positive relationships. Your natural ability to strike up a conversation and make people feel “at home” is what enables you to excel. You enjoy personalizing every interaction. That’s why you know the names and favorite things of all of your customers (including the four-legged ones).

As a Weekend Evening Concierge (Sat-Sun, 3-11p), your primary responsibilities include:

What You Bring to Us:

• 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs
• A customer-focused mentality
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays!)

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Salary Range $23.08 — $23.08 USD
