Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks an Endweld Operator for the weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:00pm) in Tulsa, OK. Off-loading and part inspection are key responsibilities to ensure continuous mill operation.

You will place inspected parts in racks, support changeovers, and maintain safety and 5S in a collaborative environment with maintenance for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience reading part drawings for inspections.
• Experience using measuring devices (calipers, tape measure).
• Roll Tooling experience with set ups and change over.
• Demonstrated ability to meet negotiated time frames.

Responsibilities

• Off-load and perform part inspection of produced items.
• Place inspected parts in proper rack to support continuous operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S).
• Assist in mill change over processes and TPM of equipment.
• Coordinate daily/weekly activities with department supervisor.
• Perform visual quality checks for straightness and galvanic integrity.
