Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking an Endweld Operator in Tulsa, OK. The role includes off-loading, part inspection, and placing goods in racks to maintain continuous shift operation. Weekend work Friday through Sunday, 5:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, quality, 5S housekeeping, and collaboration with maintenance to resolve issues quickly. The position requires reading part drawings, using calipers and measuring tapes, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using calipers, tape measure, and other measuring devices.
• Must be able to read part drawings to perform inspections.
• Roll tooling experience with setup and changeover.
• Demonstrated ability to meet negotiated time frames.
• Forklift certification or experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety, quality, priorities above all; keep the mill operational.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area (5S).
• Assist in change over processes of the mill.
• Perform TPM of process and equipment in the area.
• Coordinate daily/weekly activities with department supervisor.
• Perform visual quality checks for straightness and galvanic integrity.
• Work with maintenance hands-on to resolve issues promptly.
• Focus on production efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
