Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks an Operator for the Tulsa mill floor. This weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:00pm) focuses on tube mill operations, safety, quality, and keeping the mill running while meeting production targets.

You’ll support tooling changes, document downtime, and collaborate with maintenance and supervision to resolve issues promptly. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, good mechanical aptitude, and experience with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with special measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, tape measure).
• Must read OEM setup charts and interpret tooling adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Keep tube mill operations running during shift.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Cross-train on parts programming and mill setups.
• TPM of process and equipment.
• Coordinate daily/weekly activities with supervisor.
• Perform visual and manual quality checks on finished products.
• Minimize scrap and improve efficiency.
• Work with maintenance to resolve issues promptly.
• Document downtime in reporting system for KPI tracking.
