Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking an Endweld Operator in Tulsa, OK. You will off-load and inspect produced parts, then rack them to keep the mill running smoothly during your shift.

The role requires reading part drawings, performing quality checks, and assisting with mill changeovers. Forklift experience is a plus and you will work within a team focused on safety, quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with measuring devices such as calipers and tape measures.
• Ability to read part drawings for inspections.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Off-loads and inspects parts for production and places them in the correct rack to maintain shift operations.
• Maintains safe, clean, organized 5S work area.
• Assists in mill changeovers and TPM of process/equipment.
• Coordinates daily/weekly activities with the department supervisor.
• Performs visual quality checks for straightness and galvanic integrity to meet specs.
• Collaborates with maintenance to resolve issues promptly.
• Supports mill production efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
